Stephen is a Chartered Accountant with over 14 years experience. Previous appointments include Group Financial Controller and Company Secretary of Regal Petroleum plc, Manager of Global Projects at Barclays Capital and Manager at PriceWaterhouseCoopers Australia.

Tim gained LLB in 1972 at University College, London and Articled at Lovell White & King from 1974, qualifying as a solicitor in 1976 and practicing with the same firm until 1978. In 1978 Tim joined Wiggin & Co where he was promoted to Partner and Managing Partner before becoming a Senior Partner in 2001. Tim is currently a Senior Partner at Wiggin Osborne Fullerlove solicitors and is a director of GML Limited.

Peter obtained a MSc in Geophysical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines. He has in excess of 25 years experience in the resource and technology industries. Peter was the Chief Geophysicist of WMC Resources and its Manager of Geoscience Technology, in which he was responsible for technology transfers between the petroleum and mineral exploration industries, in such areas as 3D visualisation and data processing. He has extensive multi-disciplinary experience in the geosciences, including petrophysics, in a wide range of geological environments. He is currently the Managing Director of HiSeis Pty Ltd, a company focused on the development and application of 3D seismic surveying. He holds an Adjunct position at Curtin University, as a Senior Research Fellow. He is member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists, the Australia Society of Geophysicists, the Research Foundation of the ASEG and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Robert holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Western Australia and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and the Financial Services Institute of Australia (Finsia). He has also completed the Corporate Finance Programme at the London Business School. Robert was co-founder of Valiant Petroleum plc, a London based oil and gas exploration and production company that successfully listed on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) in 2008 with a market capitalization of £200m. Robert has over 15 years financial and corporate experience gained in public practice and investment banking including Horwath Chartered Accountants Australia, Credit Suisse First Boston London and Royal Bank of Scotland London. During his time at the Royal Bank of Scotland plc, Robert was involved in project finance origination and financial modelling within the power and natural resources sector.

Bogdan is a Romanian national and an oil industry specialist with international experience. His former appointments include Executive Senior Vice President of The Rompetrol Group (2003-2006), Senior Vice President (Australia) and CEO (Switzerland) of Millennium Group of Companies (1999-2003), various positions at Petroconsultants SA/IHS Energy (1980-1999) and Earth Sciences Researcher at the Institute of Geology and Geophysics (1968-1979).

Helen is a qualified Geologist with over 9 years experience. Previous appointments include positions at Granby Oil & Gas, Regal Petroleum and Troy-Ikoda.

Ben is a qualified Accountant (CPA) with over 12 years experience. Previous appointments include positions at BP Oil International and GE Capital Real Estate.
