On 27 March 2010 Zeta commenced the acquisition of 50km2 of 3D seismic over the Bobocu licence (100% interest, Zeta operated) in Romania.  The 3D seismic survey, being carried out by Prospectiuni S.A., is expected to take approximately one month to acquire and approximately two months to process.

The primary focus of the 3D seismic is to enhance imaging of flow barriers on the Bobocu gas field, with a secondary focus of identifying bypassed gas.

The Bobocu gas field is located in the outer Carpathian Foredeep approximately 20km northeast of Buzau and 125km northeast of Bucharest.
